The original request was to make two old existing windows to fit the arch of the doorway with the purple points to meet in the middle. A source had been found to match the 100 year old glass. Work had begun to separate the crumbling lead and the antique glass.  
  Next, the design idea was" window falling to bits" so a rough sketch is transformed into beautiful designs for two doors and an archway. The glass is cut to size, then assembled with lead, soldered, and cemented. The structural reinforcement bars are added later.
